Foxes Bow Whiskey Wing Sauce Brussels Sprouts

One of our favourite ways to eat brussel sprouts, simply replace the Whiskey Wing sauce with Sriracha Caramel if you didn't get a chance to nab a bottle of this limited edition sauce.

Foxes Bow Whiskey Wing Sauce Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

As many Brussels sprouts as you fancy (these are so tasty we recommend one bag per person! trimmed and halved
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Chimac X Foxes Bow Whiskey Wing Sauce - you could also try Sriracha Caramel if you're all out
1 Fresh Chilli
Optional: Sesame seeds

Recipe

Preheat your oven to 180C
Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until they are evenly coated in a baking dish
Roast in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy on the edges, tossing them halfway through to ensure even cooking
Remove from the oven, add chopped chilli and 2 - 3 tablespoons of Foxes Bow Whiskey Wing Sauce
Pop them back in the oven for an extra 5 or so till they’re crispy and delicious!
