We currently ship Chimac sauces across Ireland, the UK and the EU.

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days, Monday to Friday.

Our delivery partners vary by destination:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details by email.

These delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

If your order is delayed, we’ll do our best to keep you updated. You can also contact us at sales@chimac.ie and we’ll look into it for you.

Changed your mind? No problem.

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing sales@chimac.ie.

Products must be unopened, unused and in their original condition to qualify for a change-of-mind return.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.

Once you contact us, we’ll provide the appropriate return instructions and return address based on your location.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email sales@chimac.ie with your order number and details of the issue.

Opened food products cannot be returned for a change of mind. If a product is faulty or damaged, contact us and we’ll help sort it out.
