Pigs in Blankets

Ingredients

Cocktail sausages

Bacon

Sriracha Caramel

Recipe

1. Cut your strips of bacon in three and wrap around your cocktail sausages so they are covered.

2. Pop all of the wrapped suasages in an oven proof tray and slather in Sriracha Caramel.

3. Place tray in preheated oven at 175 degrees for around 15 minutes - keep an eye on the suasages as they can burn fast!

4. Skewer each pig in blanket with cocktail sticks and arrange in a wreath shape. Dollop some Kimchi Ketchup in the middle to add some festive cheer.

5. Enjoy!
