Boil your pasta in salted water for 2 minutes less than the packet says.
Cube your aubergines and pod your peas.
Start sautéing your aubergine in some oil with a little bit of MSG until they're looking almost fully cooked.
While you're doing this, make your sauce: whisk together the peanut butter, Chimac Sriracha Caramel, black bean chili rayu, and a dash of soy sauce. If it's too thick, splash in some hot pasta water to thin it out.
Add your peas, and cooked noodles into the wok with the aubergine.
Pour in your sauce and toss everything together over the heat. If it's looking too gloopy, add a bit more pasta water until you get the perfect, glossy consistency you want to eat.
Now, obviously, we need to make these pretty pimper noodles look sexy. Slice up some chives real thin and some chilies, and garnish this delicious pile of noodly goodness with this. Then eat it all up and you say, "Yum, yum in my tum tum. We love you, Kurt."
