Ingredients

1.5 kg of bone in pork shoulder 
1 bottle or 2 sachets of Korean BBQ sauce
1 can of orchard thieves or similar cider
Sesame seeds

Recipe

Rub the shoulder with ½ the sauce and leave marinate in a baking dish for 4-24 hours
Preheat the oven to 140, pour ⅔ of the can in the dish with the pork then cover with tinfoil and pop in the 0ven for about 3.4 hours.
Check if the pork pulls with a for. If it does great if not check it every 30 mins until it does.
Pull the pork, mix in the pulled pork with the remaining sauce and cider in the dish sprinkle sesame seeds and bake at 180 for 30 minutes uncovered.
