1. Cook the onion
Heat a little oil in a frying pan over medium heat and sauté the onion until soft and slightly golden.
If you want to add extra flavour or crunch, this is the moment to throw in peppers or jalapeños, but the base recipe works perfectly with just onion.
2. Brown the beef
Add the lean beef mince and cook until nicely browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
3. Add the sauce
Add a generous dollop of Chimac Korean Hot Sauce and let it cook through for a couple of minutes until the beef is glossy and coated in sauce.
4. Warm the wraps
Heat your wraps briefly in a dry pan so they soften and become easier to roll.
5. Build the burrito
Add a layer of grated cheese to the wrap, followed by the hot Korean beef. Add a drizzle more hot sauce
If you have extras, add crispy lettuce, jalapeños or peppers for crunch.
6. Crisp the burrito
Roll the burrito tightly, then place it seam-side down in a lightly oiled pan.
Cook for a couple of minutes on each side until golden and crispy on the outside.
