Ingredients

Irish sausages

Chimac KBBQ sauce

As many pickles as possible

Chimac Kimchi Ketchup to drizzle on top

Buns -  we love brioche

Recipe

  1. Marinate your sausages in our KBBQ sauce, we used our KBBQ marinade sachet. 
  2. Pop them on a hot bbq or grill. As they finish cooking throw on your hot dog buns.
  3. Plate up! We think the perfect hotdog has a healthy lash of our Kimchi Ketchup and as many pickles as possible.
