Chimac Korean Hot Sauce Bloody Mary

Did you have a little fun in the sun? Put down that coffee and pick up this Korean Hot Sauce Bloody Mary Grab ice, vodka, tomato juice, Korean Hot Sauce and lime and chuck it in a glass. Stir it up and add some celery, a big ass pickle and anything else salty and delicious you've got hanging around to garnish... a couple bits of fried chicken certainly would not go amiss. We can't promise this'll get your brain functioning but we can promise it tastes damn good

Chimac Korean Hot Sauce Bloody Mary

Ingredients

For the drink:

60ml vodka
120ml tomato juice
22ml Chimac Korean Hot Sauce (about 1.5 tablespoons)
1 lime, cut into wedges
Ice

For the garnish:

Big ass pickles
Some celery and coriander
Anything salty and delicious (fried chicken ordered from Chimac might be a shout!)

For the rim:

Mix of gochugaru, sea salt & a pinch of sugar

Recipe

Rim the glass (optional)

Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass, then dip it into the gochugaru-salt-sugar mix.

Mix the drink: 

In a mixing glass or shaker (no need to shake) combine:
60 ml vodka
120 ml tomato juice
22ml Chimac Korean Hot sauce
Ice
Stir thoroughly. 


Taste & adjust:

Add more Chimac sauce for an extra kick, extra lime or a touch of sugar if you fancy!

Garnish boldly and go wild and enjoy!
